As a Horticultural Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping these spaces lush, vibrant, and healthy. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Maintain a wide variety of plant displays in premium venues across London and the South East.
Conduct regular watering, feeding, pruning, cleaning, and replacement where needed.
Identify and resolve plant health issues, using your horticultural expertise.
Travel to multiple client sites daily (typically driving a Leaflike van).
Represent Leaflike professionally, building positive client relationships.
Communicate with the wider team to ensure quality and continuity of service.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has hands-on experience in horticultural maintenance (essential).
Brings a keen eye for detail and pride in their work.
Has a positive, practical approach, with the ability to work independently.
Holds a clean UK driving licence and is confident driving around London.
Is comfortable with early starts and travel throughout the week.
Shares our values of Willingness, Integrity, Teamwork, and Respect.
Ideally lives between Oxfordshire and Central London – regular visits to the head office in Didcot aren’t required, but proximity is helpful.
