As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a highly organised Business Operations Coordinator to become the operational hub of our business.
This is far more than a traditional administration role. You'll coordinate customer communication, support our operations teams, manage business systems, build weekly schedules and ensure our leadership team can focus on growing the business rather than getting pulled into day-to-day administration.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Answer the main office telephone and manage incoming customer enquiries professionally.
- Manage the shared customer inbox, ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly and proactively.
- Build and coordinate weekly maintenance schedules for our field teams.
- Support project scheduling, resource planning and labour coordination.
- Maintain accurate information within Simpro, CRM and other business systems.
- Prepare job packs, purchase orders and operational documentation.
- Coordinate customer communication, providing regular updates throughout projects and maintenance works.
- Prepare reports, dashboards and KPI information for the leadership team.
- Coordinate meetings, record actions and ensure agreed tasks are followed through.
- Support procurement, stock coordination and supplier administration.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and operational efficiency.
- Provide general operational support across Projects, Maintenance, Sales and Procurement as required.

Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in an operations, coordination, customer service or business support role.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable
- Experience using Simpro or similar job management software.
- Experience within construction, facilities management, landscaping or field service businesses.
- CRM experience.
- Scheduling or resource planning experience.
- Understanding of operational or service delivery processes.
